This is the second time I have ordered a customed wine box from this company. The results did not disappoint. And I'm still receiving raves from the gift box I gave a year ago. The bride was extremely happy with the personal touch the Family Vintage Anniversary Wine Box. The selection was a hit, will definitely be doing this again for other wedding gifts. The quality of the box was appreciated as we have several woodworkers in the family and they could see it was well built.

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address, it was so nice to see a phone number, in large print, that was answered by a live person located in the US. She was able to understand and resolve my issue. She did so quickly and easily.
