Ordered this for my husband’s 50th birthday to gift him a very rare bottle of wine. It arrived and was exactly as described - a beautiful way to add a thoughtful and personal touch to a bottle of wine! I will be ordering again next time I have a special occasion to celebrate!

This is the second time I have ordered a customed wine box from this company. The results did not disappoint. And I'm still receiving raves from the gift box I gave a year ago. The company is very easy to work with, offers suggestions to make the product better and work is accomplished quickly. Not only are the boxes a great way to deliver that favorite wine but a lovely keepsake too. A nice added touch to any occasion.
Box looks nice with the quotes I requested. Mine came with "check 2" written on the side in pencil; a funny little artifact of manufacture. Unfortunately erasing it left a shiny spot, but it is only noticable if you're looking. Would come back if I need another wedding gift.
My box was marked as shipped really quickly, like the Monday after I ordered it on a Friday evening. Turns out that didn't mean anything as it didn't actually get to UPS for several days. It annoys me when companies do that. But it was well packed and arrived very quickly once shipped (I'm just on the opposite side of the state).
I have ordered multiple anniversary boxes and special gifts from Artificer. This was the perfect choice for our dear friends who purchased their first home. As always, it is absolutely perfect and will be cherished for years. Why give a gift that will “disappear” after using it when you can spend the same or less and present them with a gift that will remain with them always? True craftsmanship never goes out of style.
The bride was extremely happy with the personal touch the Family Vintage Anniversary Wine Box. The selection was a hit, will definitely be doing this again for other wedding gifts. The quality of the box was appreciated as we have several woodworkers in the family and they could see it was well built.
I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address, it was so nice to see a phone number, in large print, that was answered by a live person located in the US. She was able to understand and resolve my issue. She did so quickly and easily.
